My 2nd attempt at freehand sketching. I improved my technique by switching to a 0.1 mm pen. This allowed me to get more detail in the leaves of the Peace Lily.

Freehand Sketching
Today I practiced my quick sketching technique. My subject was a Peace Lily or Spathiphyllum. After drawing in pen I scanned my sketchbook and edited the images in Photoshop.

SketchUp
This week I have been practising my digital skills, with a focus on SketchUp.
In this exercise, we copied a basic model to create a simple garden. Once built I experimented with camera angles to create an Isometric model and a set of 3 sequential views.
