This temporary space has been developed in Elephant and Castle as a green community space.
Access to space like this is important as all the surrounding accommodations are highrise tower blocks with little to no outdoor areas.

November Snow!
The UK has not seen widespread snow fall this early in the season since 24th November 2010. Could this be an indication of Climate Change? Maybe, but is it still kinda cool? I'll never tire of it.
The picture above shows the snow's ability to capture the footfall within a community space.

The Importance of Lighting
Walking through London I discovered this Pocket park at Elephant and Castle. I found the underlighting of the statues very effective and the vertical lighting creates an interactive environment.

Each of these varieties of spring flowering bulbs flower at different times. When planted together they create an extended period of interest throughout the spring season.
